Welcome to Startup Sprint: MVP + Pitch Deck in 8 Weeks, operated by Nextify Markets Ltd (Company No. 16063228), based in London, United Kingdom ("we," "our," "us"). By purchasing our service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer an 8-week done-with-you sprint including:

• No-code MVP (up to 3 functional screens)
• Branded one-page landing site
• Investor-ready pitch deck and one-pager
• Go-to-market kit (ICP, lead list, outreach templates)
• Templates, async support, and optional calls

We support busy professionals in validating ideas and preparing for fundraising without leaving their current job.

2. Client Requirements

Clients must:

• Provide a clear startup idea or problem to solve
• Be available for at least 2.5 hours per week
• Respond to async feedback within 48 hours (where possible)

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment (£3,000 GBP + VAT if applicable) is required upfront.
• Payments accepted: Bank transfer, credit/debit card, or USDT (crypto).
• A 20% discount applies if paying in USDT.
• Invoices are issued upon request.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No refunds are offered after the sprint kickoff.
• "Sprint kickoff" is defined as the first kickoff call scheduled between the client and us.
• Sprint start date is agreed upon after payment.
• Maximum sprint duration is 16 weeks to accommodate scheduling flexibility.

5. Deliverables

Clients receive full ownership of all deliverables: MVP, landing page, outreach templates, and pitch materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee any specific funding outcome, business success, or investment. We are not responsible for any losses or liabilities arising from the use of deliverables.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Refund Policy

Payment for the Startup Sprint program is required in full before project kickoff. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Payments are non-refundable after the sprint kickoff.
• "Sprint kickoff" is defined as the first kickoff call scheduled between the client and us.
• You may cancel prior to kickoff and request a full refund.
• Refunds will not be offered for partial completion or dissatisfaction with outcomes.
• If the service cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, a pro-rata refund will be considered.
